OBJECTIVES

A.     SHORT TERM 

1.      Documentation of endangered dialects of Regional Languages.

2.      Documentation of tribal culture ( Language, Arts & Artifacts and PTGs)

3.      Framing  of Syllabi for various academic courses.

4.      Introduction of Gojri, Pahari & Kashmiri Languages as Elective Subjects in SEM II of PG COURSES (CBCS) – {Syllabus ready}

5.      Introduction of Certificate Courses in Gojri, Pahari & Kashmiri Languages.

6.      Refresher & Orientation Courses in Gojri, Pahari & Kashmiri Languages for Teachers & Lecturers during Summer vacations

7.      Introduction of PG Courses in Gojri, Pahari & Kashmiri Languages

B.      LONG TERM

Establishment of Tribal Research Institute with the help of Ministry of Tribal Affairs J&K and Government of INDIA respectively.
