| The mission of BGSBU Community College is to provide innovative educational environments, opportunities, and experiences that enable individuals, communities, and the region to grow, thrive, and prosper. The focus is on three areas of commitment: access, responsiveness to community need, and equity. The community college is accessible to large numbers of individuals of the community, offering low cost and high quality education locally, that encompasses both vocational skills development as well as traditional coursework, thereby providing opportunities to the learner to move into the higher education. It offers flexible and open education system which also caters to community based lifelong learning needs. |
